A beautiful corner apartment in the very trendy and ever popular area the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham City Centre. Situated in this very modern and friendly apartment block this is a light, airy and quite apartment for all kinds of travellers.

Jewellery Quarter train station is 0.3 miles away, with one tube stop to Grand Central Station you are a stones throw away from the buzz of Birmingham City Centre.

The apartments in the surrounding blocks are occupied with professionals working in Birmingham City Centre. In respect of these tenants we do not allow parties or loud music here, quite guests are expected. If 24 hour security have to knock on your door for you to be quite your deposit money will not be returned as we have to pay a fine too.

The Space

This spacious and new 2 bedroom apartment is a corner apartment located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building accessed via code entry. There is a lift. The apartment has fast speed WiFi is available at no extra cost throughout the apartment.

We have supplied a SMART TV to serve your in-house entertainment needs and a fully equipped kitchen to serve up those tasty meals. There are also washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.

There are 2 double beds and a double airbed to accommodate 6 people.

Guests have access to everything in the apartment. We ask you however to stay out of the cleaning cupboard as this is strictly for our cleaners, unless you would like to clean up :)

The Neighbourhood

This unique area dates back more than 250 years and is still home to over 500 jewellery businesses. One of Birmingham's trendy areas Jewellery Quarter has an abundance of quality bars, pubs and restaurants. A designated conservation area with over 200 listed buildings, it has been described by English Heritage as ‘a unique historic environment in England – a national treasure’, which has few, if any, parallels in Europe. The Jewellery Quarter also contains Birmingham’s last remaining Georgian Square in the tranquil surroundings of St Paul’s, with its fine restaurants, bars and galleries.

Getting around

Your within walking distance of all the city centre has to offer and if you would rather jump on a train then Jewellery Quarter Train Station is 0.3 miles away, Birmingham Snow Hill Station with the financial district and more great bars and restaurants 1 mile away, Birmingham New Street Station with Grand Central and The Bull Ring Shopping Centre 1.5 miles away and Birmingham Moor Street Station approx. 2.5 miles away. Buses go from outside the apartment development into the city centre every 10 minutes.

Parking

We provide parking for one car on site. If you have any further vehicles street parking whilst in the day is limited, between 6pm - 8am is plentiful.
